A long drive today from Opatija to Split. We break the drive with a stop at the ancient city of Zadar, exploring the town and having lunch, then later stopping for a stroll around the quaint medieval town of Trogir (a UNESCO World Heritage site). On to Split and check-in to our lovely small hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

  • 3 star hotel - Our small hotel in Split could not be in a better position. It is within the walls of the Diocletian palace and is the most central of all hotels. Some of the rooms have been designed to show the stonework of the original 4th century palace wall. It has a restaurant named Tiffany, where we have our breakfast – so you will have 'Breakfast at Tiffany’s'!
