Order Processing & Delivery Expectations
Most items are printed to order, with an approximate lead time of 14 days.
In the event that an item is temporarily unavailable, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked.
As soon as it is available, we will post your entire order to you in one shipment.
Delivery
Australia Post Express Post service will be used within Australia and its affiliate mail services internationally.
Packaging
Australian orders for prints: All prints come matted with backing board ready for framing (this excludes custom size prints)
International orders for prints: Prints are sent to you rolled in a sturdy mailing tube to protect against creasing.
International Pricing for Prints
The local currency total displayed in your shopping cart is in Australian Dollars.
For International orders, you may need to convert this amount to your local currency using your bank or an online conversion calculator.
Please be aware the conversion will be an estimate.
Tracking your item(s).
We will notify you via email on the day of dispatch of your item/s and provide you with a tracking number and a link to the tracking website.
Duties & Taxes
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Original Paintings
When you purchase an original painting a shipping option is not displayed.
Original paintings are framed and will only be sent with a specialist art courier (at the buyer’s expense) for the safety of the painting.
Original paintings are also available for pick up/collection from Sluga Gallery.
For international purchases there may be a possibility that the painting can be sold unframed, and sent in a postal tube using a postal service.
